2024 GMC Hummer EV SUV debuts and finally the SUV version of Hummer’s electric pickup truck has been introduced, with a range of up to 300 miles and a proposed selling price of up to $110,595 for the first model. The Hummer EV SUV, like the previous truck variant we saw, should have some trail-dominating off-road capabilities. To begin with, it has a feature called CrabWalk, which allows the front and rear wheels to steer in the same direction at low speeds for improved maneuverability. Extract Mode is also available on this utility vehicle, which raises the suspension by several inches to offer improved handling.
Because of its smaller size and improved departure and breakover angles, this SUV can offer much better off-road performance than the Hummer EV truck, due to its slightly shorter wheelbase. When equipped with four-wheel drive, the turning radius is much less, measuring 35.4 feet, or around 3 feet less than a Honda Accord. This luxurious function will come standard on the 2X, 3X, and Edition models.
The SUV will go into production in early 2023, with less expensive models beginning at $90,000 in the spring of 2023 and a low-end $80,000 version with a 250-mile range in the spring of 2024, according to GM, which is manufacturing the electric Hummers under its GMC brand. Previously, the company announced that production of its electric pickup truck will begin at the end of 2021, with the more expensive models first. and with all this aggressive look of this beauty, underneath is a whole different story If the car is not fitted with the optional Extreme Off-Road Kit, the 20-module battery pack promises a travel range of at least 300 miles, so we can see the same performance of the previous beast, in this good looking SUV
